Below you will find the terms for using Endurance R/C products or the web site. By using the web site or purchasing Endurance R/C products you agree to the following terms.
Web site
No warranties of any kind are made on the accuracy of information posted on the site. User creations and forums contain user submitted content that we cannot guarantee accuracy over. Typographical errors and other mistakes happen. Endurance R/C reserves the right to change information without notice. Please check the terms often.
Shipping
Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders inside the USA and is provided by FedEx which is tracked and insured. Shipping inside the USA for items under $10.00 is $4.99 are shipped via the USPS and is not tracked or insured. Shipping confirmation cannot be provided for orders shipped via the USPS. If you require this FedEx shipping is recommended. If you wish to obtain tracking or insurance please contact sales@endurance-rc.com before ordering. International shipping is not calculated at the time of order. Please contact sales@endurance-rc.com for international shipping quotes. All international orders are shipped via FedEx only. Packages are usually shipped the following day but under certain circumstances it may take up to one week for the order to ship. Endurance R/C will try to ship all items as requested. If you have a special shipping request please let us know before you make your purchase. Due to the volume of orders received we cannot grantee a package will be shipped to an alternate address other than what is listed on the payees account. Endurance R/C is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. Endurance R/C will not reduce the order value to avoid taxes/customs fees. Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you when the package is checked into FedEx.
Receipts and Payment Confirmation
Receipts and invoices are provided via PayPal. Once you have submitted your payment you will received an report of the transaction details if shipping with FedEx. FedEx will provide a shipping status once the order has shipped. Orders shipped via the USPS will not receive shipping confirmation.
Returns
Endurance R/C guarantees the delivery of a working product. If the item is damaged upon arrival you may return it for a replacement within 14 days. Shipping is not refundable for any reason on all returned items. Endurance R/C reserves the right to reject returns. RMA numbers are required for all returns. Undamaged returns or exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have had power applied, been modified/changed, or have been re-programmed. Software for purchase is not returnable, exchange for the same item only. Please see the "Software for Purchase" section for details on software returns. Please fully read all requirements and notes posted on the product pages before purchase. Special orders and custom projects are not refundable or returnable. Pan and tilt units as well as the accessories may contain cosmetic blemishes and do not qualify for exchange or returns without the restocking fee applied.
Web Store Ordering
Due to limitations in our ordering system the cart allows for the ordering of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock the payment will be refunded during normal business hours.
Tax
Residents in the state of Kansas are required to pay sales tax. Tax is calculated based upon the shipping address provided.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Endurance R/C be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, multiple, indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Endurance R/C does not authorize the use of its products to be used in life critical applications such as automotive, aircraft, military, medical, or emergency devices. We do not condone or authorize the use of our products as weapons and will not provide support to companies using our products for military purposes. Use Endurance R/C products wisely and take all necessary safety precautions! Endurance R/C cannot be liable for meeting any 3rd part obligations including contracts, timelines, or agreements of any kind.
Custom Projects
All custom projects are handled on a case by case basis. All projects come with a non DOA warranty. After the project completion a Service Agreement/Maintenance plan may be purchased. If a client does not respond 30 days after completion, projects are assumed to be abandoned, null and void, and become property of Endurance R/C. Estimates are subject to a 10% cost overrun without additional approval. Please contact sales@endurance-rc.com for more details on custom projects.
Customer Service and Support
In order to keep costs down all customer service and support is performed via e-mail only with no exceptions. We try to get back to all e-mails within a days time. More often than not we are able to respond in the same day. Tech support is provided for the original purchaser only.
Software for Purchase
By installing the software you agree to the EULA provided. The software requires either a PCTx or Servo Controller to function properly. If you are unsure if your radio or other hardware is compatible, it is wise to purchase the software after verifying compatibility by using the sample applications. There are no refunds on software due to copyright. Updated versions are only provided at no cost to the original purchaser only.
Sample Software
No warranty or support is offered on any sample software. All sample software is open source and can be changed and modified by anyone.
A word about the PCTx
The PCTx outputs a 9 channel negative shift PPM signal by default. Firmware is available for positive shift also. Please be sure to fully read your transmitters manual to ensure compatibility. If a manual describes only certain radios compatible with the trainer system this is a sign the PCTx is not compatible.
When ordering a PCTx with a plug which multiple wiring configurations (5 pin or 6 pin din) you must specify this at the time of ordering otherwise the default will be chosen. The 5 pin default is Multiplex and 6 pin is Futaba.
